Our Projects
The Internet Of Underwater Things
Imagine an ocean where we can listen to the coral reefs, whales and fish to better know how we can protect and keep them healthy. The Internet Of Underwater Things is an inspiring mystery that follows deep dives into the underwater world; exploring, researching, and learning how ocean creatures communicate. We explore the largest creatures on the planet to the tiniest; answering big questions about where life comes from. Through this exploration, life in the ocean helps us to understand ourselves.
My Plastic Ocean
The WorldOpt Institute is creating an inspiring and educational series of short films and learning tools designed to empower youth in the fight against plastic pollution. With almost 400 million tonnes of plastic produced annually, and a staggering 14 million tonnes finding its way into our oceans each year, there has never been a more critical time for global collaboration.
Resilience
RESILIENCE is a WorldOpt.org initiative focused on the environmental challenges and innovative solutions shaping the future of Hawaii and California. Through inspiring video interviews, this project highlights the stories of individuals and communities demonstrating resilience and leadership in creating a sustainable future. RESILIENCE captures the unique environmental and cultural narratives of these regions, offering actionable ideas to empower changemakers for generations to come.
